Council meetings are held every second Monday at 6:00 p.m. (unless otherwise posted) with the exception of the Summer months of June, July and August when there will be only one (1) regular monthly meeting as follows:

• June: 3rd Monday
• July: 2nd Monday
• August: 2nd Monday

When the day for a regular meeting of Council is a public or civic holiday, the Council will, unless the Council decides otherwise, meet at the same hour on the next following day which is not a public or civic holiday.

Special Meetings may be called as required and notice will be given 24 hours prior.
