Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Council of the Township of Coleman held at the Council Chambers, 937907 Marsh Bay Road, Coleman Township, Ontario on Monday, May 4th, 2015 at 6:00 P.M.

DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OR PECUNIARY INTEREST

Councillor Perry declared a conflict of interest with matters dealing with The Speaker.

Road Department

A discussion was held regarding a number of roads in the municipality that need attention.

STAFF REPORTS continued

Administration

– CIBC Investment Report was distributed to Council

– Private Plowing report for October 2014 to April 2015 was presented to Council – Council requested more details regarding hours spent specifically on private plowing.

– Council did not order the third edition of Russell on Roads.

– The Clerk-Treasurer to pay for the 2015 FONOM/MMAH Northeastern Ontario Municipal Conference registration.

– A request for community hours by high school students was approved.

– Budget Spreadsheets for Administration, Works Department and Fire Department were distributed to Council.
