BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council approves the agenda for the special meeting of May 12th, 2014 as presented. Carried.

WHEREAS Section 239(2) states that a meeting or part of a meeting may be closed to the public if the subject Matter being considered is:

( a) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose;

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council agrees to reconvene in closed session at 6:15 p.m. to discuss the following matter; Sharp Lake Park Carried.

Albert Chitaroni Subdivision Phase I.

The Clerk-Treasurer to forward information package (survey and subdivision agreement) to the Municipal Planner for review.

The Temiskaming Shores & Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner will be held May 29th, 2014 at the Cobalt Haileybury Curling club.

NEW BUSINESS 

NEONET – Coleman CGIS Conttract

Mayor Cleroux and the Clerk-Treasurer signed the Coleman CGIS Contract on behalf of the Township of Coleman.

Montreal River System – Flood Watch

Mayor Cleroux advised the Ministry of Natural Resources have scheduled a conference call for May 13th regarding the coming rain fall and snow melt which will affect water levels. Should a flood watch be issued, Montreal River Residents will be advised.
