Minutes of a Special Meeting held in the Council Chambers, 937907 Marsh Bay Road, Coleman Township, on Wednesday, February 3rd, 2006 at 6:30 p.m.

There were present:

The purpose of the meeting was to review and discuss the 2009 Budget.

Mr. Allan Legros was in attendance to update Council with respect to the Coleman Timber Harvesting Project.

Council reviewed and discussed some portion of the 2009 budget. Another meeting will be held later in February to finalize the budget.

WHEREAS this meeting deals with personal matters about identifiable individuals including municipal or local board employees;

AND WHEREAS this meeting deals with advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose;

BE IT RESOLVED THAT this meeting be closed to the public. Carried.
