BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council approves the agenda for the regular meeting of August 18th, 2014 as presented with the following changes: Surplus Equipment
The Algonquin Regiment request for use of Crown Land
Adshead Property Carried.

BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES
Hunt/Adshead Severance Application
The Clerk-Treasurer will proceed with the severance with conditions listed by the Planner.
Surplus Equipment
– The Clerk-Treasurer to gather in information regarding surplus equipment
– The equipment will be declared surplus at the regular meeting of council
– Mr. Bigelow will remove all logos prior to selling and check present value of scrap.
– The equipment will then be advertised for sale in the newspaper.
