Minutes of a Special Meeting held in the Council Chambers, 937907 Marsh Bay Road, Coleman Township, on Monday, April 27th, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.
There were present:

Planning Committee: D. Cleroux
Councillor Chitaroni declared a conflict of interest with matters dealing with Blackstone Development Inc.
Works Foreman Dufresne advised Mr. Britt Herd, Miller Group, travelled over gravel roads in Coleman Township in order to provide a budgetary quote to double surface treat approximately 26.7 km of road. An application will be submitted to the Infrastructure Stimulus Fund for this project.
A discussion was held regarding the paper deposited at the Coleman Waste Site on April 25th, 2009. The Clerk-Treasurer to investigate the price range for this service.
Council reviewed the 2009 budget. Council will consider the purchase a new plow before finalizing the budget.
Councillor Tresidder will complete an application to do work on shorelands for Bass Lake Beach.
Works Foreman Dufresne will visit the three sites provided by the Ministry of Transportation for the installation of a Bass Lake Park sign on Highway 11.
Council reviewed the Water Main Easement document and approved the Coleman Water Distribution System proposed by-law provided by Mr. George Kemp.
A discussion was held regarding the road closure at the cave in site.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Clerk-Treasurer be authorized to begin the proceedings for Road Closure of Penna Road (Giroux Lake Road). Carried.
